Elos Precision
Elos Precision specializes in the manufacture of precision components in difficult-to-machine metals. We have extensive experience of high-temperature stainless steel, Inconel and titanium, to name but a few, and we look forward to new challenges. We operate using several different production technologies such as turning, milling, spark cutting and grinding. Through a large network of subcontractors in areas such as heat treatment and surface treatment, we are able to deliver completed products in a cost-effective manner. We take total responsibility for the products and deliver installation-ready components or subsystems. We also arrange for testing of products and subsystems.
Elos Precision has the expertise and precision required and can offer a documented turnkey solution. We work closely with our customers – from product development, product modification, design and production for assembly to efficient logistics solutions. With long-term customer relationships and an efficient supply chain philosophy, our aim is to streamline the supply chain that we are a part of, thus making our customers’ processes more efficient. By utilizing Elos Precision’s extensive plant equipment and expertise as a supplier and partner, our customers can reduce the number of suppliers.
We have invested extensively in expertise and equipment capacity in recent years, and today have over 70 passionate, goal-oriented employees with more than 40 CNC machines. Many of our machines are equipped with robotics and palette systems that enable efficient production of small-scale, medium-scale and large-scale series.

Turbines
We are one of only a few manufacturers of so-called engine-ready parts for stationary gas turbines for power generation, including components for both the compressor and turbine sections. Production is characterized by complex geometries in difficult-to-machine metals. Products are delivered directly from our plants to the customer’s final assembly.
With more than 15 years of experience of components for stationary gas turbines, Elos Precision possesses sound knowledge and modern and efficient plant equipment. We know the requirements of this industry and are used to dealing with the extensive documentation needed for these components. We are your partner from design and prototype to an industrialized product. Today we are also involved with components for steam turbines and look forward to participating in building the next generation of nuclear power plants.

Offshore
Manufacture of components and subsystems used in exploration and oil extraction. We deliver both top sea and subsea components, as well as subsystems used down to depths of approximately 2,000 meters.
Offshore is an exciting world to operate in. We currently deliver components to several companies active in this sector and are highly familiar with the industry requirements and materials used. With our experience of handling related documentation, you can rest assured that all of the components will be delivered with the appropriate quality and in a timely fashion. For subsystem suppliers to the offshore market, we are a highly competent and competitive supplier of mechanical precision components.

Defense
We have extensive experience of components for the defense industry, including hand-held weapon systems, as well as for the aerospace industry. This is due to our understanding of the quality demands, advanced requirements and the standards inherent in products for the defense industry.
The defense industry has its own standards and requirements and we are very familiar with these. Elos Precision has, over the years, made extensive deliveries to defense companies in the Nordic region. We manufacture components ourselves, but also have a large network of suppliers for various surface treatments and tempering processes and deliver ready-to-assemble components to you the customer.

Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Production of components in tools, coupling systems and nozzles, as well as for hydraulic flow controls. We produce components for low- and high-pressure applications, up to 3,000 bar.
Being a supplier to leading companies in the hydraulics segment requires a deep understanding and experience of the industry’s specific requirements. With many years of experience in this segment, and modern plant equipment, we are able to meet the requirements that exist for quality precision and delivery flexibility.

Industry
The need for precision components for industrial applications is significant. Our core area of expertise is combining difficult geometries/tolerances with difficult-to-machine metals such as acid-proof stainless materials and titanium. We also assemble and deliver subsystems, tested to customer specifications. The size of our series can vary from small to relatively large annual volumes.
With our expertise in product development, our talented engineers and operators and comprehensive plant equipment, we are able to solve most of your needs, enabling you to use fewer suppliers, while gaining access to our expertise in adapting production and industrializing your designs.
